Custom Returns Policy
You're gift box was created by you for someone else and we love that! But since your gift box is a custom creation, Declaration & Co. does not accept returns for custom created items. We will however work with you to make sure you and the recipient are happy with your product(s) you received and make sure you are satisfied with the handling of any issues. It is the utmost importance to us that you love your custom item and we'd love to help trouble shoot any issues that arise during the process. So please feel free to email or call us to discuss solutions.
Custom Order Disclaimer
All custom orders are subject to approval and product availability. Declaration & Co.will contact you if a similar replacement can not be made with additional options. If you're contacted about an order and are unable to reply within 24 hours we will cancel and refund your order.
Custom Product Shipping
Your order should ship with 2 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Weekend and holidays are not counted in those days. If you feel that there's been a delay in receiving your custom purchase please call or email us. Declaration & Co. will provide tracking and details of order status along the way, please log into your account to view this information.
Our downloadable content is either free to download once or purchase and download as many times as you'd like. We do not offer refunds for any downloadable content.
